I am first an educator of 25 years in the public school system where I have taught, coached, and currently lead teams of teachers to have a positive impact on the academic and social development of the students in which they teach. While I enjoy working in this extremely honorable profession, my love for writing began when I was a child and has never lagged far behind. I have always believed that the life experience of one may give a hand up to another. As i have walked through various challenges and triumphs, I have realized that the support of a friend, a kind word, a calming book, or even a blog post can breath life into a dream and lead someone into the best days of their life yet.
